ICDA's second tournament of the year, hosted by , is a standard invitational tournament.

Unlike ICDA 1, novice debaters (who are moved up to junior varsity) get to complete their first ever full tournament, as there is no novice workshop on this day. Furthermore, they are now able to elect their own presiding officers as well.

The rest of the tournament operates the same as any other. Since varsity debaters do not need to leave during any session to preside over novice rounds, ICDA 2 is really the first "normal" tournament of the year for all debaters participating.
